K20 Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the k20 platform. By registering an account or using any services on this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all k20 platform users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing the k20 website or using any services provided through this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the k20 platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and k20 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The k20 platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above who are located in Malaysia only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online entertainment platforms is permitted in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the k20 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior warning. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. k20 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of your password to a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the k20 support team immediately at support@k20.im.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All k20 platform users are required to comply with the rules and guidelines set out by the platform. Any form of platform misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against your account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k20 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account
- Cheating, falsifying information, or engaging in any form of transaction fraud
- Using illegally obtained funds for deposits or transactions on the platform
- Disrupting platform operations or interfering with the experience of other users
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation
K20 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, or reporting to the relevant authorities — should any of the above prohibitions be breached.
Payment Information & Transactions in RM
All deposits and withdrawals on the k20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and DuitNow. Minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are stated in the Deposit section of your account and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the k20 account. k20 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may range from a few minutes to one business day.
K20 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in delays or a hold on withdrawal processing.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific conditions, including wagering requirements. Please review the applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until all wagering requirements have been fully met.

K20 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from gaming activity. This platform is provided "as is" and k20 makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed. Users bear full responsibility for their own gaming decisions.
K20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or use of the platform in breach of established policies. Where an account is closed due to a violation, funds linked to suspicious activity may be frozen pending investigation.
All content on the k20 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of k20 or parties that have licensed it to k20. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any platform content without prior written consent from k20.
Term Amendments, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Right to Modify Terms
K20 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform following any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The k20 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. k20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective sites.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the k20 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
